River boat safari

-

River safari is abundantly available throughout our destination and is well worth the experience. Boat tours usually begin at sunrise or sunset, during the cooler hours of the day when animals are most active.
Escape the hustle and bustle of Sri Lankan city streets, take a Sri Lankan boat tour to the countryside pool, immerse yourself in mangrove forests and riverside villages, and explore rich wildlife, sacred sites, and ancient heritage. Please live in the dissonance of the sight, as nature fascinates you and fascinates your senses. Spend time on the sparkling waves on a Sri Lanka tour.

- Mandu River

The Madu River is a wetland near the small town of Barapitiya on the Colombogalet highway. This is where the mouth of the Madu River is. Rivers flow through the terrain, creating numerous islands and wetlands with beautiful ecosystems. Located in the wetlands of Sri Lanka, it has high biodiversity. The area around the river is mainly composed of wetlands covered with mangrove forests. The forest covers more than 61 hectares or more than 150 acres. 14 of the 24 mangroves occur in the area.
It is interesting to note that mangroves play a major role in preventing erosion. The large-scale growth of mangrove trees has produced a range of ecological benefits. The soil protected by mangroves is very fertile. You can also find crocodiles and dice snakes on the Jungle Cruise. Don’t miss the small rocky islands and temples in the middle of Maduganga
